This MALES ONLY home is located 10 minutes from the airport and features private rooms and semi-private rooms (2 beds in the same area). All beds are full-size. We provide towels and bedding, including a UGG comforter.

​Rent is $525 for the private rooms and $350 for the semi-private rooms.

The property includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, high-speed internet, living room, 4 full bathrooms, and a video game system. A professional cleaning service maintains the home every week.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month via Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
We charge a deposit up front (one month’s rent) that will be fully refunded to you upon move-out as long as we receive 30 days’ notice. The deposit is required to reserve your spot.
