The property includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, high-speed internet, a living room, and 1 full bathroom shared among the 4 residents. A professional cleaning service maintains the home every other week.
 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month via Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
We require a deposit upfront (one month's rent) that will be fully refunded when you move out with 30 days' notice. The deposit is required to secure your spot.
